New Cake

Helloo Everyone! So Im back from vacation and ready to blog! There are no new cake pictures since I was away BUT, I have some pictures of new cake flavors I have been trying out. Ok so when I was on vacation I received my NYC Wine and Food Festival Sweet package (which by the way is sold out!) So Crazy Iam again so honored to be apart of it. So the package was basically about whats going to happen that day and the are providing me with a chef jacket courtesy of chef wear yayyy thanks guys! I also have to send in 2 cake flavor option and they will then choose one for me to do. The 2 Im going to show you pictures of is first the s'more cupcake which is a cinnamon cupcake chocolate ganache and topped with a homemade yes homemade marshmallow which is then torched Y-U-M

Now the second is an apple pie cupcake with a caramel buttercream topped with a crispy apple.

They were both so awesome we also tried out some other recipes but, these are not the chosen ones. I will for sure post which one was chosen yay! oh and by the way all these cupcakes were sold in my restaurant and the money made from them will go to breast cancer. Im off to brain storm some more!
